By participating in the Grüner Punkt (Green Dot) recycling program during 2020, Modere Europe BV reduced greenhouse-gas output by 4.869kg of CO². This quantity corresponds approximately to the CO2-emissions filtered from the air by 4,869 m² forest in one year.
German company Duales System Deutschland GmbH recognized Modere Europe with an official certification, which was verified by independent experts at the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research (IFEU) in Heidelberg, Germany. The organisation lauded Modere Europe for “continuously and significantly reducing the use of primary resources and energy in the production of new products, making a valuable contribution to climate protection”.
