Ingredients

  • Frozen Raspberries 350 g
  • Lemonade 180 ml
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 Squeeze
  • Pure Vanilla Extract ¼ tsp
  • Trim Raspberry Lemon 75ml  (6 tbsp)

Directions

  • Step 1 : Add the frozen raspberries, Lemon and honey to a blender.
  • Step 2: Squeeze in the juice of a half a lemon.
  • Step 3: Add vanilla extract and 6 tablespoons of Trim Raspberry Lemon.
  • Step 4: Blend until smooth.
  • Step 5: Pour into 6 lolly molds.
  • Step 6 :Freeze for 8 hours or until set.
  • Step 7 : Drizzle the lollies with some Trim Raspberry Lemon.
  • Step 8: Enjoy!

 

Trim Raspberry Lemon Virgin Daiquiri

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Crushed Ice 200 g
  • Frozen Raspberries 300 g
  • Syrup 175 ml
  • Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 60 ml
  • Trim Raspberry Lemon 2tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1: Add the crushed ice, frozen raspberries, syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice into a blender. Add 6 tablespoons of Trim Raspberry Lemon and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2 : Pour into daiquiri glasses.
  • Step 3: Enjoy your sunshine mocktail.

 

Trim Raspberry Lemon Granola Bars

Serves 12

Ingredients :

  • Trim Raspberry Lemon 180 ml (12 tbsp)
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Coconut oil 4 tbsp
  • Peanut butter 125g
  • Coconut sugar 75g
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oats 120g
  • Puffed quinoa 70g
  • Almond meal 25g
  • Desiccated coconut 50g
  • Mixed nuts, roughly chopped 75g
  • Mixed seeds 70g
  • Freeze-dried raspberries 35g

Directions

  • Step 1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2. Line a 20x30cm baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 3. Place honey, Coconut oil, and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for one minute; once melted whisk until smooth
  • Step 4. Add Trim, sugar, vanilla, and salt and whisk to combine.
  • Step 5. Add remaining ingredients, except freeze-dried raspberries and stir well to combine.
  • Step 6. Transfer mix to the baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Step 7. While still warm, scatter over freeze-dried raspberries and press into the surface with a spatula.
  • Step 8. Allow to cool to room temperature then place in the refrigerator overnight to set. Portion into bars and store in a sealed container at room temperature.

Trim Raspberry Lemon smoothie

serves 1

Ingredients

  • Trim Raspberry Lemon 1 tbsp
  • Frozen raspberries 130g
  • ½ Small beetroot
  • 8 Macadamias
  • Flaxseeds 1 tbsp
  • Greek yoghurt 70g
  • Skimmed milk 250 ml
  • White chocolate shavings to garnish

Directions :

  • Step 1. Place smoothie ingredients into a blender jug and blitz until smooth.
  • Step 2. Place into a tall glass and garnish with white chocolate shavings

Trim Raspberry Lemon Vinaigrette

serves 2

Ingredients

  • Trim Raspberry Lemon 2 tbsp
  • Fresh raspberries 180g
  • Olive oil 120ml
  • Red wine vinegar 60ml
  • 1 small shallot, diced (about 2 tbsp)
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Pepper to taste

Directions :

  • Step 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Step 2: Serve over your favourite salad.
  • Step 3: Store for up to a week in the fridge.

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pack of unsweetened açai blend
  • Frozen raspberries 250g
  • Almond Milk 120ml
