INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 90g cans of tuna in olive oil
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 8 olives
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
