INGREDIENTS
- 80g chopped red cabbage
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 90g cooked beetroot
- 250ml of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Add 1 rounded scoop (3,75 g) of PhytoReds
METHOD
In a blender, blend mango, cooked beetroots, banana and cabbage. Follow this by adding almond milk, chia seeds, fresh ginger and PhytoReds. Add honey and blend until smooth.
Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
