Banana Almond Cream Shake:

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 10 Almonds
  • 1 Pack of Sustain
  • 1 Handful of Ice

Berries and Cream Shake:

  • 1 Pack of Sustain
  • 1 Handful of Ice
  • 1 Small Can Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Handful of Mixed Berries

Cherry Freeze

  • 1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cherries (pitted)
  • 1 Handful of Almonds
  • 1 Pack of Sustain

Blend well and then add mixture to a small Tupperware container. Freeze overnight and enjoy with almonds as a topping!

German Chocolate Coffee Blast

  • 1 Pack of Sustain
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Light Caramel Topping
  • 1 Pack of Instant Coffee
  • 8 Ounces Almond Milk
  • ¼ Teaspoon Coconut Extract
  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice/7-10 Cubes
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Pecans (Optional)

Blend all ingredients at a high speed until smooth.

Banana Protein Pancakes

Mix well in a blender and then cook on low heat.
