Ingredients
- 1 heaped spoon (4g) Green Qi
- Handful of spinach
- 100 g cucumber, chopped
- 100 g green apple, chopped
- Few mint leaves
- Juice of half a lemon and lime
- 120 ml coconut water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and whiz up until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
