GREEN QI SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped spoon (4g) Green Qi
  • Handful of spinach
  • 100 g cucumber, chopped
  • 100 g green apple, chopped
  • Few mint leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon and lime
  • 120 ml coconut water

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and whiz up until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
