At the Modere office, we’ve put together four DELICIOUS recipes you can enjoy with your bottle of Trim Peach! From refreshing mocktails to delectable yoghurt popsicles, these are bound to become your staple this summer.
Peach Nice Cream – Serves 2.
- 300g frozen peaches
- 1 banana, sliced
- A pinch of salt
- 30ml Trim Peach
- 160ml unsweetened milk (regular or plant-based)
Add fruit and salt to a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Process until the fruit is crumbly, about 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the food processor and add Trim Peach. With the motor running, pour in the milk and blend continuously for 1 minute. Stop the processor, scrape down the sides and stir. Process until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes more. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until solid, approximately 2 hours.
Trim Peach Yoghurt Popsicles – Serves 6.
- 3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced into chunks
- 3 tablespoons honey, divided
- 6 tablespoons Trim Peach
- A pinch of salt
- 500ml full fat plain yoghurt (regular or Greek)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place peach chunks in a single layer on baking sheet and toss with 2 tablespoons honey and a pinch of salt. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the peaches are soft and juicy. Meanwhile, stir together Trim Peach, yoghurt, remaining honey, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a large bowl and refrigerate. After the peaches come out of the oven and cool to room temperature, scrape peaches and their juice into yoghurt mixture and gently stir to combine. Scoop into a popsicle mold, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Peach Overnight Oats – Serves 1.
- 180ml milk (regular or plant-based)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Trim Peach
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 50g rolled oats
- 50g diced peaches
- 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- Toppings (optional): sliced peaches, granola, chopped almonds
Add milk, vanilla, Trim Peach, maple syrup, salt and chia seeds to a Mason jar. Stir to combine. Add oats, peaches and yoghurt. Stir and secure with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. To serve, add desired toppings.
Ginger Peach Bellini Mocktail – Serves 2.
- 75g frozen peaches
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Trim Peach
- 120ml sugar-free ginger beer, chilled
- 240ml chilled sparkling water
Add peaches, mint, honey, lemon juice and Trim to a blender. Puree and divide into 2 champagne flutes or glasses. Top each glass with 60ml of ginger beer and 120ml sparkling water.
