Radical Red super smoothie


  • 80g chopped red cabbage
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 90g cooked beetroot
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • Add 1 rounded scoop (3,75 g) of PhytoReds


In a blender, blend mango, cooked beetroots, banana and cabbage. Follow this by adding almond milk, chia seeds, fresh ginger and PhytoReds. Add honey and blend until smooth.

Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
