Overnight Chia and Nut Breakfast Blend


15g chia seeds
20g almonds
60g raw cashew nuts
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
350ml water

Put the chia seeds in a mixing bowl.

In a food processor, blend the almonds, cashews, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg and cinnamon with 350ml of water until smooth. Add to the chia seeds and mix well. Place into two serving bowls or jars and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, add a little almond milk or your favourite nut milk, scatter a few slices of your favourite fruit: berries, kiwi fruit, banana, peach over the top, along with some crushed nuts and you are done!
