This does not mean that a plate full of smarties is healthy of course. But generally the more colourful your plate is, the more vitamins, nutrients, fibre and flavour your diet will have.

Fad diets are not sustainable for several reasons, and one in particular; not enjoying the food you HAVE to eat.
